FUNCIONES
Requirements:
- Responsible for driving the business growth in the identified countries delivering budgeted net sales and ebitda targets.
- Works closely with the existing distributors, understands marketplace in detail to maximize growth with opportunities for the Company brands.
- Develops an annual Business Plan to reach business goals and provides support to distributors to implement agreed marketing plans aligned with the global strategy.
- Evaluates opportunities of new market openings.
- Deliver accurate financial and volume forecasting for the accounts and minimizing orders outside of process timelines.
- Invoice and credit management within agreed timelines and standards.
- Contribute to and work collaboratively with immediate team and cross-functional counterparts.
Requirements:
- Business School graduate. Minimum 5 years experience in the B2B sales industry at an international level in distributor markets.
- Proven experience in working with international distributors, managing the day to day business and relationship, providing support and driving the business forward.
- Must be fluent in English, any other European language is a plus.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly numerate with a good financial understanding including P&Ls.
- Ability to travel.
