Our client, a leading European manufacturer of CNC & Feedback systems in the field of Industrial Automation and Machine tool, is currently looking for an Area Sales Manager in the Czech Republic. In close cooperation and with the support of the international headquarter, the Area Sales Manager will extend the current existing business in the Czech Republic. The position offers the opportunity to build up a Team and lead the branch in future.
Your responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of sales plans regarding the company's products and solutions for the whole Czech Republic.
- Management of current customers and acquisition of new clients operating in all sectors where the use of CNC & Feedback systems produced by the company is foreseen.
- Request, track and manage customer requirements, customer needs and comments regarding product functionality to develop product improvement as well as new products that increase the company's competitive advantage and market share.
- Act as the customer's main point of contact to handle potential issues or assist with questions such as material delivery information, quotations/spare parts delivery, service issues, product issues, etc.
- Manage the company’s assets through accurate monthly forecasts, orders in progress and support in collecting late payments.
- As needed, promote products by participating in regional and national fairs and/or by organizing, planning and preparing product presentations for customers with technical or marketing support.
Your profile:
- Ideally you hold a degree in Engineering (preferably in electronics, mechatronics or similar) or a relevant technical apprenticeship.
- At least 3 years of professional experience technical B2B sales.
- Previous experience in the Industrial Automation or machine tool sector is a big plus.
- Highly goal and result orientated with strong communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to travel within Czech Republic.
- Fluent in Czech and a high level of English.
