About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our expansion in Eastern Europe, with Poland as a key strategic base. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will be instrumental in growing our network of suppliers and buyers, increasing transaction volumes, and driving revenue growth in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a regional business development strategy to expand the supplier and customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry players, including suppliers and buyers of recycled aluminum and copper.
- Manage end-to-end transactions, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and compliance with company standards.
- Utilize your existing industry network to onboard new qualified suppliers.
- Regularly travel across Eastern Europe and to company headquarters in Spain for strategic meetings.
- Work closely with the senior leadership team to refine market entry strategies and optimize commercial performance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience: Minimum 3 years in aluminum and copper recycling transactions.
- Strong industry network
- Languages: Native-level proficiency in the language of your home country (polish) + fluency in English.
- Travel flexibility: Willingness to travel 2 weeks per month within the region.
- Strategic mindset: Ability to identify new opportunities, negotiate complex deals, and drive sustained business growth.
