Brand Manager

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Brand Manager to join our client's Games team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in brand strategy, product development, and portfolio management, overseeing iconic brands.

Responsabilidades Principales:

- Brand Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute long-term (3 years) and short-term (1 year) brand strategies in collaboration with senior brand managers and markets, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Product & Portfolio Management: Lead the management of the product portfolio, including launching new products, optimizing existing ones, and redesigning packaging.
- Sales Performance: Monitor sales performance proactively, collaborating with trade marketing and local sales teams to adjust strategies and ensure growth.
- Product Briefings & Launches: Create and manage product briefings for new product development, packaging updates, and content creation.
- Collaboration & Communication: Coordinate with marketing, sales, finance, legal, supply chain, and product development teams to ensure alignment on product strategies and market needs.
- Market Research & Insights: Support qualitative and quantitative research initiatives to gather insights on market trends and brand performance.
- Training: Assist in training internal teams on new product features and brand messaging to ensure consistent communication.

Requisitos:

- Degree: University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Bachelor/Master/Diploma).
- Marketing Knowledge: Solid understanding of marketing principles, brand strategy, and product development.
- Brand Management: Strong project management skills, with experience in managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Industry Affinity: Interest in toy products, with knowledge of the toy market being a plus.
- Language Skills: Fluent in both French and English; other languages are a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar brand management or marketing role, supporting brand strategies and product development.
- Retail Knowledge: Familiarity with the French retail landscape is required.
