Are you a strategic leader ready to spearhead the growth of a global beauty giant in one of its most dynamic markets? As the Country Lead for Ecuador, you will take the helm of a full country operation during a pivotal transformation phase. Reporting directly to a multi-country general manager, based in other country, you will be responsible for driving sales force expansion, maximizing operating profits, and leading a multidisciplinary team toward our new digital vision. This role offers unparalleled international exposure and the chance to shape the future of our business in Ecuador, a market currently experiencing exceptional momentum. We are looking for a hands-on, visionary professional who can attract the next generation of Leaders and solidify the company´s position.

Responsabilidades Principales:

- Full P&L Management: Direct responsibility for the sales and profit of the Ecuador Business Unit, ensuring the delivery of targeted numbers through sustainable sales force growth.
- Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and implement the national sales strategy, aligning with regional business objectives and market trends to establish and achieve clear sales targets.
- Team Management & Coaching: Lead and develop a team of 17 professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous feedback.
- Digital Transformation: Drive the implementation of digital tools and omnichannel strategies to modernize the brand and attract a younger demographic of Leaders and consumers.
- Brand Representation: Act as the visible face of the Company in Ecuador, managing PR activities and maintaining a prestigious corporate image with external distributors, agencies, and public institutions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with regional support teams in IT, HR, Legal, and Finance across Latam, Europe, and Asia to ensure operational excellence.

Requisitos:

Must-Haves:
- At least 5-7 years of successful management experience in sales within a dynamic multinational environment.
- Proven background in Direct Selling, MLM, or the FMCG sector.
- Professional working proficiency in English (Business English) and native/bilingual Spanish.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Resilience, adaptability, and excellent communication skills at all levels.

Nice-to-Haves:
- Specific experience in the Direct Selling or MLM industry is highly valued.
- Proven success in managing digital transformation or implementing digital sales tools.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams across different functional areas.
