We are looking for a dynamic and visionary General Manager to lead a flagship 230-room hybrid hotel located strategically in Dubai's Business Bay. This role is pivotal in consolidating the asset's position as a premier destination for both business and leisure travelers. Reporting directly to the Regional Director of Operations for ME & Asia, you will oversee a comprehensive range of facilities, including state-of-the-art MICE infrastructure, diverse F&B outlets (international restaurant, sports bar, and shisha bar), and premium wellness and fitness centers. This high-exposure position requires a leader capable of managing complex operations under a management model, ensuring exceptional reputational standards while serving as a key growth platform within the Middle East portfolio.
Consolidate the hotel's market positioning within the competitive Business Bay and Downtown Dubai areas.
Optimize the guest mix and implement strategic revenue management to maximize ADR and RevPAR.
Lead, inspire, and unify a large multicultural team across all functional and operational areas.
Manage the relationship with international property owners and stakeholders, ensuring high-quality reporting and alignment.
Maximize the asset's operational profitability through rigorous P&L control and GOP optimization.
Differentiate the property's value proposition by enhancing the lifestyle guest experience.
Oversee the management of extensive MICE facilities, coworking spaces, and diverse F&B operations.
Ensure operational excellence and maintain the highest standards of service and brand reputation.
Must-Haves:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a General Manager in international urban hotels.
- Proven track record in high-demand international hubs or high-pressure hospitality markets.
- Strong background in lifestyle or business-focused hotel operations.
- Mastery of hotel KPIs (ADR, RevPAR, GOP) and full P&L management.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing diverse, multicultural teams.
- Full professional proficiency in English.
- High energy, pragmatism, and a results-oriented mindset.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous professional experience in the Middle East region.
- Experience in hotel openings or the repositioning of hospitality assets.
- Specialized expertise in F&B management and the MICE segment.
