We are seeking a Sales Executive to manage the commercial strategy for the office furniture sector, based in Germany. The selected individual will be responsible for driving business growth, establishing key relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets for the product portfolio. Responsibilities: - Define and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives. - Manage sales forecasts and client analysis via CRM systems. - Analyze the market and develop a strategic network of contacts. - Identify business opportunities with innovative and digital solutions in office furniture. - Maintain and strengthen business relationships with key clients. - Coordinate the preparation and negotiation of commercial proposals in collaboration with internal teams. - Participate in product, project, and service program development. - Prepare sales and revenue reports for decision-making purposes. - Drive the development of the After-Market business in the region. REQUIREMENTS - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar sales role within the office furniture manufacturing sector. - Proven experience in B2B sales, especially in furniture solutions and large-scale commercial projects. - Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken). - Strong negotiation and communication skills. - Ability to sell global, innovative, and technical solutions in addition to office furniture products. - Knowledge of the public (75% of sales) and private (25% of sales) sectors in Germany. - Willingness to travel regularly within the designated region.
