Our client, an international company operating in the QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) sector is looking for a Recruitment Manager to join its team in Italy during an important expansion phase. This is a key role within the HR structure, with high visibility and direct impact on business growth.
You will be the owner of the recruitment function in Italy, leading mainly high-volume operational hiring while helping to structure processes, metrics and best practices. You will have a Senior Recruiter in your team, ensuring recruitment activities are aligned with business needs and growth plans. This is a hands-on position with real responsibility, ideal for someone who enjoys being close to operations and building structure in a growing environment.

Managing relationships with external agencies and providers.
Strong experience in high-volume recruitment.
Background in retail, QSR, call centers, staffing agencies or similar fast-paced environments.
Previous experience coordinating or mentoring junior/senior recruiters is a plus.
Fluent English (mandatory).
Availability to travel within Italy.
