The Head of Human Resources will lead the people strategy of the resort, ensuring a culture focused on talent, well-being, and service excellence. This role is responsible for attracting, developing, and retaining a highly qualified team, ensuring compliance with the company's standards and promoting an employee experience aligned with the hotel’s luxury philosophy.

Position Requirements:
Education:
Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or similar
Master’s degree or specialization in HR, hospitality management, or leadership (preferred)
Experience:
Minimum 7–10 years in HR roles within luxury hotels or large resorts
Previous experience leading teams of 300+ employees
Experience in international hotels or luxury chain
Leadership, communication, and influencing skills:
Strong service orientation and sensitivity to luxury culture
Strategic thinking and business vision
Experience in change management and organizational development
High integrity, empathy, and problem-solving ability
Proficiency with HRIS tools
Languages:
Fluent Spanish and English (minimum C1).
French or other languages are an asset
