FUNCIONES
Talent Acquisition
- Support the end-to-end selection processes for Group and local positions ensuring quality and efficiency in the Talent Acquisition process.
- Elaborate Company Job Descriptions together with the parties required: Hiring Manager, current position’s holder, Human Resources, and others.
- Publish open vacancies and conduct direct search on general and specialized Job Portals, especially on LinkedIn.
- Source, screen CVs, arrange and conduct interviews (phone/face-to-face) for open positions.
- Elaborate the required interviews’ assessments and reports for hiring decision making.
- Contact selection providers and agencies in order to coordinate the talent search.
- Elaborate and communicate the Internal Job Posting for new opportunities in accordance to current policy.
- Monitor the defined KPIs to ensure an efficient Talent Acquisition process.
- Strengthen our Employer Branding developing initiatives.
Training
- Support the design, implementation and evaluation of the Annual Training Needs assessment, Annual Training Plans and specific development actions for Company employees.
- Manage the end-to-end training cycle: enrollment, logistics, training communication, certification, satisfaction survey, and others.
- Implement and administrate the online training platforms (Learning Management Systems – LMS) ensuring their efficiency and quality for e-learning programs.
- Manage and oversee the invoicing for trainings and development actions in accordance to budget.
- Register and monitor the training and development actions deployed in the Training History.
- Evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of training using data; establish comprehensive training metrics and suggest improvements.
Organizational Development
- Support the execution of the Annual Performance Management Review, including its organization, launch, communication and monitoring.
- Collaborate in the Annual Talent Review campaign, preparing internal documents and providing assistance when required.
- Support career development initiatives for identified talent and employees – both globally and locally.
- Collaborate in the implementation and administration of the selected online solutions for our HR processes (e.g. SAP Success Factors).
- Participate in the Culture & Engagement projects, such as Company Group Diversity & Inclusion program and its related initiatives across the year.
- Prepare internal workshop materials for Managers, employees and local HRs.
- Collaborate in Employee Engagement Campaigns and initiatives to ensure talent motivation and retention.
- Design, run and monitor internal Engagement surveys in order to gather feedback of HR and Change Management initiatives, and identify potential efficiencies.
REQUIREMENTS
- The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in organizational psychology. Human Resources Master will be valuable, and with at least 4 years of experience in a similar position in a multinational and multicultural environment. Understanding of the FMCG and beverages sector will be highly considered and experience in supporting the efficient execution of Talent & Development programs (Talent Acquisition, On boarding, Performance Management, Talent Management, and Learning & Organizational Development).
-English and French Proficiency.
-Experience managing HR providers.
-Familiar working in fast-paced, matrix and complex organizations.
-User of HR ERP (Success Factors, Workday, or others) will be very valuable.
