FUNCIONES
● Lead Generation: Proactively identify and target potential clients, including universities, colleges, and educational institutions.
● Partnership Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the education sector to create mutually beneficial partnerships.
● Client Consultation: Understand the unique needs of educational institutions and students, and tailor our housing solutions to meet their requirements.
● Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue and occupancy targets.
● Proposal Preparation: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
● Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations with clients to secure contracts and agreements that align with company objectives.
● Pipeline Management: Maintain a well-defined sales pipeline, track progress, and provide regular updates to senior management.
● Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competition.
● Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve our services and offerings.
● Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and support.
Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
● Proven track record of at least 5 years in business development, preferably in the real estate or student housing industry.
● Strong understanding of the student housing market, including knowledge of industry trends and key players.
● Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
● Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent interpersonal skills.
