FUNCIONES

Working closely with the HR Director Southern Europe and Country Manager Iberia, your main goal is to lead the HR department in Iberia (Spain and Portugal) ensuring a smooth execution of all relevant HR operations following the region business objectives and HQ guidelines. This position is based in Madrid, Spain. Act as partner for the Country Manager Iberia to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the business objectives. Ensure a best-in-class employee experience throughout the whole employee life cycle: employer branding, onboarding, recruitment, management and follow up of performance reviews, development, and succession plans. Positively impact engagement and teams’ career path and motivation. Identify training/development needs and develop and implement new training opportunities and development actions. Develop relations of trust with our managers to support them in coaching, advising, and building successful and strong teams in the four countries and promote a positive and diverse working environment. Provide HR Generalist support being accountable for all HR Processes, HR administration & HR database. Prepare monthly and annual reports ensuring meeting of deadlines and data accuracy. Manage an accurate Budget process. Review & implement Company policies. Ensure the knowledge and adherence to the brand’s ethics and compliance. Responsible for the Company Internal Communication and HR new projects and initiatives. Implement Brand specific projects. Act as a role model and a diversity, equity and inclusion advocate always promoting a positive and exciting working environment. Compensation & Benefits: Ensure proper deployment of C&B guidelines and standards for compensation & fringe benefits. Requirements: Academic Background: Bachelor of Law, Labour Relations, or Administration. Master degree would be a plus. Experience: 10 - 15 years minimum of professional experience in HR, with focused on labor relations matters at local level. At least 3 - 5 years of experience within fashion luxury brands. Availability to travel and work from field. Spanish & English fluent Microsoft Office package Knowledge of fashion luxury and retail industries
