Provides professional Human Resources knowledge, skill and service to the retail organization. Works with stores management people to analyze business and human resources needs Implements effective solutions Provides expertise in Hr related areas ( employee relations, hiring, training, compensation & payroll) Decisions are guided by functional strategies and priorities and led by the geography and global HR retail teams. Applies HR Retail expertise to support operational performance across different stores. Advises on the resolution of employee relations, hiring decisions and compensation programs, payroll and administration. Works with retail training to develop and deliver functional training to the store staff. Is accountable to deliver HR support to stores; store managers and all employees. Gives input to the HR Retail team at the geography in order to support to identify best programs and tolls to support store teams performance and business results Ensures action protect company image and limits risks Decisions and action on employee relations, employer branding impacting company image require management oversight and are constrained by polices and senior management approval. Executes functional business plans and contributes to the development of functional strategies Supports to execute the retail training plans thru the retail training person that is reporting into him/ her Requierments: 5-year Degree subject area: HR/ employee relations and minimum of 4 years directly relevant experience; experience should include comprehensive experience as a business / process leader or industry expert. At least 5 years of relevant experience in managing HR in the retail business (needs to have experience in labour relations, performance management. Compensations, recruitment and personal administration). Mandatory, experience in HR retail Manager role for 2 years minimum. Availability to travel
