FUNCIONES

The Consumer Insights Manager will be responsible for all the studies of consumer preferences and statistical data in order to increase consumers understanding, both global and in core markets, which will be converted into actionable recommendations to improve our brand’s foundations, improve brand communication (message, visuals, media mix) and identify the most effective brand building tools in each market. Specifically, the Consumer Insights Manager will support Global Brand Managers (both in Wines & Spirits) and Regional Directors (with deeper focus in the Spanish Market) during their decision making process regarding optimizing product offer, New Product Development, Communication, Media Planning, BTL Activation and Pricing. He/she will be able to analyze autonomously qualitative data, trends, strategies and competition aiming at increasing competitiveness. ● Collecting data on consumers, competitors and market and consequently, consolidating information into actionable items, reports and presentations ● Understanding business objectives and designing studies to discover prospective consumer’s preferences ● Compiling and analyzing statistical data using modern and traditional methods to collect it Main Responsabilities ● Responsible of existing consumers studies to measure in-market brand health, household purchase behaviour, and competitor performance. ● Initiate primary research to inform brand decisions as they relate to product development. ● Create survey instruments & qualitative guides and collect data on consumers, competitors and market place using quantitative and/or qualitative methods and consolidate information into actionable items, reports and presentations. ● Analyze and synthesize customer, market and competitive data; translate findings into business insights and action plans to support enterprise performance. ● Understand business objectives and design surveys to discover prospective customers’ preferences. ● Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership. ● Interpret data, formulate reports and make recommendations. ● Use online market research and catalogue findings to databases. ● Provide competitive analysis on various companies’ market offerings, identify market trends, pricing/business models, sales and methods of operation. ● Remain fully informed on market trends, other parties research and implement best practices, using this information to further strengthen brands foundations.
