We are searching for a business developer with a proven B2B and B2G sales track-record in the european market.
He/she would be responsible for generating a sustainable and growing level of sales in the assigned
area/geography by developing solid relationships with key clients and establishing and managing strong commercial networks (traders, agents) in each of the assigned countries.
The candidate should be able to evolve in the medium term to lead a sales team and actively participate in the definition of company sales strategy.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identification and development of business opportunities
- Development of an acquisition strategy
- Recruiting, target settings, assessment, activity management and control
- Acquisition of orders
- Internal facilitation
- Contact (local) authorities according to relevant requirements of the applicable laws. Support and work in relation with exports licenses, especially on those activities focused on getting the EUCs from the client
- Ensure commercial information is properly introduced in CRM tool is correctly used by users.
- Customer relationship management.
REQUIREMENTS
- B2B sales experience and solid track-record
- Proven track record of successful negotiations with customers.
- 5 years of marketing and sales experience in manufacturing, military defense, aerospace, mining, and other industries.
- Fluent in English
- Good interpersonal, conflict management and negotiation skills.
- Good communication, presentation and planning and organizing skills.
