MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES We are seeking an enthusiastic, consultative and experienced Sales Manager high experienced in the Natural Health products for the Berlin Area. Reporting directly to the Germany Country Manager the main responsibility of the Sales Manager will be to increase the sales and achieve the business goals in Germany. - Identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships in order to generate revenue, improve profitability and help the businesses of the German subsidiary grow. - Consolidate the brand knowledge within the German market, identifying new opportunities, enabling a structured approach. - Develop a pipeline of prospects in a systematic manner. - Realize active commercial visits to potential customers. - Connect and establish a solid health professional network through different events and tools (webinars, calls, marketing campaigns, workshops). - Attend fairs, congresses, seminars and missions in which companies participates in Germany or abroad. - Reports KPI's and contingency plans to the Country Manager about the evolution of the sales. Analyse sales reports and key customer accounts. MAIN SKILLS / COMPETENCIES - 3-5 years of experience in a similar position within the Healthcare industry, e.g. in natural supplement companies... - High comprehension of the Natural Therapies market and B2P business model. - Life Science Education will be valued. - High standard of performance, initiative, hardworking and proactive person. - Self-motivated and results oriented. - Excellent relationship development and management skills to build both internal and external relationships. - Leadership skills and ability to manage people. - Communication skill in English is valued. - Team player capable of working independently and with others. - Experience managing CRM programs.
