The Marketing Automation Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, tracking and iterating strategies and tactics to increase inbound leads for all business lines, build and optimize sales and retention funnels across the company, grow B2B and B2C databases and decisively contribute to driving growth across the company The role has full ownership of managing, configuring and programming our HubSpot software that streamlines processes, automates business workflows, and produces analytics that generate actionable insight. The Marketing Automation Manager’s goal is to use automation to improve operational efficiencies and grow the bottom line. It combines strategy, creativity, and technical skills to build a brand and increase revenue. Duties and Responsibilities: include the following: • Strategy: The Marketing Automation Manager must be able to envision how automating a workflow helps the business growth and to take ownership of developing and implementing strategies to increase leads, improve campaigns, and build databases to grow revenue working together with the company teams: classified, ecommerce, sales, and finance. These strategies must be innovative enough to set company apart from everyone else in the market sector. • Creativity: The Marketing Automation Manager will figure out what actions to use to reach potential leads and move them through the sales funnels of each business line. She or he collaborates closely with business line managers, designers and copywriters to help determine how automation will help a campaign, a funnel and the bottom line. Key to this process is the creativity necessary to carve out an eye-catching message to a target audience and entice the lead along the funnel to becoming a customer. • Technical: The Marketing Automation Manager will be responsible for company tool of marketing and business process automation: HubSpot. She or he must demonstrate a full control and acknowledge of HubSpot in order to implement and run all the necessary configurations, campaigns, analytics and iterations. She or he will coordinate the processes, both front-end and back-end, working with Product, Design and Engineering and the Business Units and Teams who own the Customer Journeys: eCommerce and Finance Skills: include the following: • Full ownership of the HubSpot software and its implementations, including indepth user and technical knowledge of the sales and CRM modules. • A digital expert in web, email, social media, smartphones – and more. • Control of OKRs and agile methodologies. • Capacity to work in a performance environment. • Analytical and driven by data metrics. • Strong technical skills in SQL are welcome. • Business acumen to develop market strategies. • An understanding of consumer psychology and behavior. • Strong collaboration skills to work with interdepartmental disciplines. • Project management skills that develop and follow a roadmap to better client engagement. • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. • Flexibility to adapt to fickle consumer behavior. QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or similar fields or equivalent experience. Technical background is desired. • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a role of CRM manager or marketing automation manager. • Can-do attitude, team player Experience within e-commerce/Marketplace
