FUNCIONES

Partner with marketing, sales and corp education team to develop strategies to achieve annual retail sales target. Maintains up-to-date training progress file on all sales staff; provides monthly report on training activities, including problems encountered and recommendations for improving performance of in-store sales team Deliver and evaluate "needs driven" Education Programs which support and compliment the business objectives of the Brand - aligned to individual market needs and in partnership with HQ. Conduct all education of BAs, including basic training in product knowledge and work system requirements; new product launches; and all other service training Direct investigation on customer complaints regarding quality, tolerances, specifications, and delivered condition of products. Evaluates performance of BAs working in field to ensure high standards of knowledge and performance. Translate e-learning and training materials REQUIREMENTS: 5+ years training experience in beauty industry Good communication and presentation skill in both Spanish & English Good product skills Good service skills, facial experience is a plus Experience with salon channel or in possession of aromatherapy certification is a plus Growth mindset with high flexibility, passionate in beauty industry Total availability to travel
