Our Inhouse HubSpot Consultant is a hands-on, entrepreneurial and business-oriented professional who is in charge of designing, managing, executing and iterating our Spain’s HubSpot ecosystem in order to support the growth and return targets of the organization. As we are active in both the B2B and the B2C space, we offer a great opportunity for a seasoned HubSpot Consultant who is willing to put his/her vast experience to work at an innovative player in the digital automotive sales space and directly impact our growth story. You will work with stakeholders in Dealer Sales, Dealer Success, Consumer Sales, Marketing, Finance and Product to make things happen. Duties and Responsibilities include the following: • Strategy: Our HubSpot Consultant must be able to envision how executing a specific strategy or implementing a new workflow will drive company’s growth. He/She will develop and implement strategies to increase revenue by optimizing lead generation in the classifieds business and growing sales in the ecommerce business from cradle to grave, including cash collection. • Improve customer journeys, develop campaigns, and build and manage databases. These strategies must be innovative enough to set your company apart from everyone else in the market and go beyond the expected. • Experience in the ecommerce and/or automotive sector desired. • Technical: The Hubspot Consultant will be in charge and will own the complete HubSpot ecosystem at the organization in Spain, including internal and external management of stakeholders and strategic and technical leadership of all implementations. • He/She is sufficiently technically savvy to implement strategies in HubSpot and analytically versed to measure and evaluate results in order to gain insights and iterate said strategies. • He/She executes configurations, workflows and campaigns. • In this role, you will be involved in integration projects and work closely with developers. You will help provide reporting and insights for the business teams to ensure integrated reporting across tech solutions. • Finally, as a HubSpot Consultant, we expect you to keep up to date on new functionality, features, products and possibilities of HubSpot and its integrations. Skills: include the following: • Advanced HubSpot Consultant skills and at least 3 years of previous implementation experience. Technical knowledge and experience on HubSpot's CMS and HubL language. • Demonstrable HubSpot certification. • A digital expert in Inbound, web, email, social media, smartphones – and more. • Accustomed to working with OKRs and agile methodologies. • Analytical and driven by data metrics. • Business acumen in order to develop market strategies. • An understanding of consumer psychology and behavior. • Strong collaboration skills to work with interdepartmental disciplines. • Project management skills that develop and follow a roadmap to better client engagement. • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. • Savvy technologists, but also organized enough to not need technology to move projects forward. • Flexibility to adapt to fickle consumer behavior. QUALIFICATIONS: • Minimum of 3-year experience in a role of HubSpot Consultant • Can-do attitude, team player and able to multi-task • Self-starter, able to prioritize and focus on critical tasks first • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills • Fluent Spanish and English are a must; other languages welcome
