FUNCTIONS

We are currently seeking a Specialist Gynaecologist in Assisted Reproduction to join a renowned fertility clinic in Porto. The ideal candidate will combine strong clinical expertise with a human, empathetic approach to patient care. Main responsibilities include: - Conducting initial assessments and follow-up consultations, ensuring a personalised and supportive patient experience. - Performing assisted reproduction procedures, including oocyte retrieval and embryo transfer, using advanced and evidence-based techniques. - Managing potential medical complications throughout treatment with the highest standards of safety and care. - Working closely with a multidisciplinary team of doctors, embryologists, nurses, and other professionals to provide comprehensive, patient-centred care. - Maintaining clear and empathetic communication with patients, guiding them through the process and providing emotional support when needed. Requirements: - Medical degree and recognised specialisation in Gynaecology and Assisted Reproduction. - Proven experience in procedures such as oocyte retrieval and embryo transfer. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a high level of empathy and sensitivity. - Strong ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary clinical environment. - Willingness to join a leading team in reproductive medicine and contribute to continuous innovation in the field.
