By reporting to the Group Managing Director and to the Executive Director, and in close collaboration with the Sales Director, their main mission will be to search for Sale Opportunities within the forging, extrusion and machining industry, providing Profitable Sales Growth to the Group and setting "Win - Win" Commercial Agreements with current and future customers. We are looking for a professional with an extensive knowledge of the international forging, extrusion and machining market with high value added. The successful candidate will be an experienced professional with a succesful long track record in sales and market growth. They should be a senior "sales hunter" with a lot of initiative and someone who works with a high level of autonomy. They should bring us Rationalized Sales Growth and establish high-level commercial relationships with potential new customers, and in sectors and markets in which the Group does not currently operate. Functions: Develop the current customers portfolio: achieve a higher share in current projects and obtain new projects. Enlarge the current customers portfolio in sectors in which company already operates: forging, extrusion and machining of metal parts . Build a new sectors and markets Customer Portfolio. Work closely with the Sales Team and Plant Managers to guarantee complete and correct product loading of the factories according to the industrial capacities (equipment, human resources and materials) and thus guarantee the fulfillment of the Sales Budget of each of the Annual Operating Plans (AOP) included in the 2020-2022 Strategic Plan. Work closely with the Sales Director and the Crankshaft Product Manager to identify new sales opportunities of machined crankshafts (OEM and After Sales market) to ensure the fullfillment of each of the Sales Budget and the operation of the company factories. Establish long-term and "win - win" commercial relationships with new customers (OEM and Tier 1) in sectors and markets in which company does not currently operate. Open new markets and sectors and gain new customers for light and heavy machined forging, machined extrusion and machined crankshafts. Provide profitable and implementable additional sales having in mind the factories' industrial capabilities and technologies. They must pay special attention to new sectors in which company does not currently operate, such as: Rail, Naval, Wind, Gas and Oil, etc. Lead and monitor the commercial cycle of each New Sales Opportunity: sales opportunity identification, quotation, negotiation, commercial agreement, industrialization, project follow-up and commercial relationship. Work closely with the Sales Director and Technical Office of the Group for the set up, quotation, presentation and negotiation of company´s commercial offers. Monitor, together with the Sales Director, the Independent Commercial Agents Report on regular basis to the Managing Director and to the Executive Director of the Group. Degree in Engineering/Sales and marketing./Business Administration. MBA, Marketing and Sales Master. Technical approach and extensive knowledge of the forging international market. MO (Outlook, Word, Excel) More than 10 years in Sale and Marketing, Business Development in the Forging Industry. Proficiency in English is a must.
