FUNCTIONS

1. Reporting to the Coordinator of El Corte Inglés, the Beauty Advisor will be responsible for: ● Demonstrating the proper use of various beauty, hair, and skin care products ● Identifying client needs and goals, and assists them in finding and selecting appropriate products ● Recommending products that fit the client's needs, preferences, and budget, and explaining how the products work. ● Advising clients on proper skin and hair care ● Handling administrative and clerical duties, such as ordering stock and maintaining customer relationships through follow-up calls and mails. ● Handling door-to-door sales and meeting quotas and objectives. 2. Beauty Advisor Requirements: ● Extensive and up-to-date knowledge of beauty trends, skincare products, and cosmetics. ● A passion for the beauty industry. ● 2 -year experience in sales, retail, or related fields. ● Excellent customer service and sales abilities. ● Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ● Good analytical and problem solving skills. ● A friendly personality and professional appearance. ● High level of English & Portuguese 3.
