Responsabilities: - Manage contract process (documentation/Ariba process). - Handle registration process together with Regulatory for non-EU countries. - Respond to complaints from customers and give after sales support when requested (pricing, logistic info, credit notes…). - Assist on different projects related with pricing/new launches/sales analysis/collection of information related to the different markets… - Work in a daily basis with cross functional teams (marketing, customer service, finance…) being in touch with around 30 distributors. Requierements: • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Sales, ADE or equivalent is required. • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position with demonstrated track record of delivering results in a complex environment. • Extremely well organized, with a problem-solving aptitude and great attention to detail. • Strong ownership and desire to learn and develop, proven strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, ability to work collaboratively across functional departments. • Ability to work under compressed timelines to achieve project goal; ability to stay organized and multitasked. • Computer proficient (Microsoft Office, Excel, Powerpoint) • Fluent Spanish and English.
