Build up the “Sales and Service” function within the Business Division “Retail Services” (B2C and SMEs).
Building up international and multilingual team.
Setting up procedures/ processes.
Providing Sales Support
Customer Service (problem solving, incidents, etc.)
Managing & Leading & Training & Coaching employees.
Making them proud of being part of the digital revolution in the used car sector.
Communicates company goals.
Communicates concerns and policies among management and team members.
Previous experience as Team Leader from Call Center, Contact Center or previous experience in Account or Client Management, etc.
Ideally coming from automobile bank or consumer bank.
3 to 5 years of experience, thereof minimum 1 year in a leading role.
Dynamic, service orientated, flexible, quick thinker.
Ability to see the bigger (strategic) picture.
Strong communication skills.
Intercultural and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand employees’ mentality. Empathy.
Fluent in English and German. Spanish or Italian would be a plus.
