FUNCTIONS

Main function: The finance function is responsible for managing all financial and fiscal aspects of the company’s operations including accounting, reporting, treasury and risk management in order to provide leadership and coordination in the business/strategy planning, accounting and budgeting efforts of the company in accordance with internal policies and applicable national laws and regulations. Purpose of the role: To provide financial support in order to ensure effective, efficient and accurate financial and administrative operations complying with the internal policies and national laws and legislations. Reports to: Finance Manager Main Accountabilities: Prepare and submit Weekly Forecast Reports, Monthly Profit & Loss account by service and trend analysis; Ensure that provision of operating costs and accruals of unbilled revenue and unearned revenue are adjusted and updated monthly; Ensure all suppliers’ invoices are accurately verified; Ensure compliance with instructions and deadlines; Assist to prepare quarterly forecasts and annual budget; Prepare and submit Weekly Forecast Reports, Monthly Profit & Loss account by service and trend analysis; Prepare and submit Accounts Schedules as required by Group Accountant for audit purpose; Liaise with auditors to assist in the finalization of the annual audit; Management accounting – analysis of operating costs and revenue; Prepare payments and code the invoices into the SAP accounting system; Perform Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable matching; Preparation of TT payments; Forecasts of cashflow requirements; Tracking of invoices; Preparation of bank reconciliations; Preparation of cashflow related reports where necessary; Submission of tax returns (VAT, Pension, Employee Tax etc); Calculation and submission of employee social charges; Education & Knowledge • Accounting Graduate/ Qualified Accountant with minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience • Possess strong MS Excel skills • Experience with SAP will be advantageous Swedish native and fluent English is a must.
