FUNCTIONS

Reporting to the general management of the business unit, will be responsible for the strategy and business plan, leading a team of more than 15 people responsible for identifying new business opportunities, negotiating, reviewing and closing sales and after-sales contracts in Europe. • Ensure the quality on price and terms and conditions of the correct Long Term Programs sold by the New Units salesforce. • Will identify the necessary action plan to follow up the business plan strategy and goals as well as obtain the committed Order Entry every year. • Manage the maintenance contracts: renewals, other Original Equipment Manufacturers and New technologies • Spare Parts sales, Modifications and upgrades, Other advanced services (large/minor corrective, refurbishing, SCADA, training) • Ensure the quality on price and terms and conditions during the sale and contract closure of the long term maintenance agreements lead by the new units salesforce (onshore). • Lead and deliver significant growth in sales and initiate action plans to approach and secure new business for the Company. • Understand and utilize knowledge of the wind industry competitive landscape, as well as network with industry professionals and personal contacts to strategically and effectively pursue sales opportunities. • Manage external and internal (field operations, supply chain management) clients relationship , developing & strengthening client loyalty by providing quality proposals & services, advise, support (commercial, technical, operative and administrative) and information that address client objectives. • Carry out the representation of the company before official organisms and bodies, regarding performance or geographical scope. • Maintain projects metrics/measurements (KPIs) to ensure optimum efficiency and quality, and develop a reporting process to utilize the metrics to drive operational improvements. Requirements: - University Studies in Engineering - Technical Studies. - Minimum 5 to 9 years in wind sector - Language: Fluent in English. Spanish/French/Italian...will be a must. Skills - Sales skills in order to approach technical solutions to customer needs - Ability to execute for results - Business-oriented - Strong leadership skills
