¿Te apasiona el marketing digital y quieres impulsar el crecimiento de marcas internacionales en el entorno online? Buscamos un/a Digital Marketing Specialist (Paid Media) para liderar campañas digitales en España y Portugal, con un rol clave en la visibilidad de la marca, la generación de tráfico y el impacto en ventas. Responsabilidades principales: - Planificar, ejecutar y optimizar campañas de Google Ads/Shopping y Social Ads (Meta, Instagram, etc.). - Implementar estrategias avanzadas de automatización y segmentación (Smart Bidding, Performance Max, etc.). - Coordinar la estrategia digital junto a la agencia externa y el equipo de marketing local. - Apoyar la gestión y optimización de las webs de España y Portugal: SEO, contenidos, creatividades, traducciones. - Realizar reportes mensuales de KPIs y resultados con GA4 y otras herramientas corporativas. - Elaborar o adaptar creatividades para soportes digitales. - Proponer iniciativas de growth marketing que potencien el canal online. - Dar soporte en la gestión de plataformas digitales (Eventbrite, Instagram, etc.). Perfil que buscamos: - 2–3 años de experiencia en Paid Media (Google & Meta Ads) con resultados comprobados. - Conocimiento sólido de Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, SEMrush, Search Console, Meta Business Manager. - Experiencia en campañas automatizadas y Performance Max. - Mentalidad analítica, orientación a resultados y capacidad multitarea. - Iniciativa, creatividad y ganas de trabajar. - Nivel fluido de inglés (C1). - Portugués bilingüe imprescindible. *Valorable experiencia en el sector retail o premium.
