FUNCTIONS

Reporting to the General Management of the company will lead the search, structuring and negotiation of the main M&A transactions as well as the Business Development of new opportunities in Europe. Market analysis and strategy design for business development, energy marketing and associated products. Active participation in the development of new opportunities for the company on the market in photovoltaic projects. Evaluation and purchase of renewable project developments. Collaboration with the Financial and Legal areas for the structuring of agreements and contracts. Design of strategies for public and/or private auction processes of energy sale. Relationships with investors and other actors in the sector. Proven experience in European markets in solar & photovoltaic projects. PROFILE: Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Organization, Superior Engineering or a Degree in Business Administration and Management. Valuable Master’s or Higher Education in Finance High level in English, other languages are valuable Experience of at least 10 years in the energy sector, involvement in M&A, evaluation of new investments opportunities and negotiations of long-term energy public or private sales contracts.
