Responsibilities - Manage and lead the Sales area and customers assigned of our operations in achieving sales volume and profit, contribute to the company’s growth by maintaining profitable relationship with existing customers and generating new business streams - Develop and/ or adjust Sales long-term and mid-term strategy (on a yearly basis) in consultation with the Management Team - Analyze data to identify sales opportunities - Conduct market research on competitors and customers - Identify industry trends - Using knowledge of the market and competitors; identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators - Responsibility for achieve personal Sales KPI - Assist in development of local strategy in-line with defined global strategy. Your profile - Preferably 5 years of successful Sales Experience in the formwork industry with a proven track record of meeting objectives - Key account Management skills: Negotiation, Value Proposition, - Ability to liaise with people at all levels from diverse cultural Background - Proven ability to work as an pro-active team player - Proficiency in Microsoft office suite and CRM tools. - Knowledge of Formwork and scaffolding industry, should come from Concrete background, exposure into construction equipment sales. - Education- Preferably Bachelor’s Degree (Civil / Mechanical) / Construction Engineering & AutoCAD Your benefits - Long-term strategic thinking and flat hierarchies - The company will offer a competitive base salary with sales performance commission and bonus, plus tools of the trade (laptop, mobile phone…)
