FUNKTIONEN
Mission:
Manage existing accounts, maintain and grow product lines with existing business. Build market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships. Gain new clients. Plan persuasive approaches and pitches that convince potential clients.
Functions:
- Develop, plan and execute commercial programs and activities to ensure that business objectives and needs are met. Driving profitable growth and increase the share of wallet in South Europe and France.
- Collect, process and analyze financial, sales and client information.
- Work to achieve set objectives and deliver results with impact on team level results.
- Responsible of reporting and contribution to monthly and annual business planning.
- Decision making: Supports sales/account related decision making
Requirements:
- Technical Degree in Engineering or equivalent or a degree in Business Management or equivalent.
- More than 5 years in sales management with a demonstrated record of sales growth in Packaging business.
- Good sales & key account/market management track-record in South Europe & France.
- French, Spanish & English at a proficient level.
- Possibility of working from Homeoffice (Spain).
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Good balance between hard & soft skills.
- Hard skills: advance negotiation skills and all technical skills considered as basics for a position like this.
- Soft skills: flexibility, open mindset, value (out of confort zone),team work….
