INTERNATIONAL OPERATIONS AND SALES LEADERSHIP PROGRAM
We are looking for the best candidates, those who understand the spirit of a start-up, those who are prepared to try their hardest in every phase of the development, whatever the task, wherever the place, those who see a challenge in every step and those who are demanding and thorough in everything they do. We are looking for the future directors of new markets who wish to expand their enterprising spirit.
In order for us to find these professionals, we have created a program that consists of 3 stages:
- You will be in an International Operations Training period for a maximum of twelve months, during which you will be evaluated. This period could be shortened to 6 months depending on your professional performance.
- After the first phase, you will be placed in a Business Development Training period for a maximum of twelve months, during which you will be evaluated. This period could be shortened to 6 months depending on your professional performance.
- Finally, you become a member of the New Markets Team.
During your training period, you will have a mentor who will help you with your continuous evalutions so that you can improve your results and achieve a better understanding of the global business vision.
INTERNATIONAL OPERATIONS TRAINING PERIOD (max. 12 months)
Catenon will be training you in:
- Conducting executive searches for International Operations.
- Managing International Operations through different Business Units.
- Maximizing the percentage of Client Reorders.
Only those who receive a satisfactory evaluation within the given time period will move on to the next stage. This evaluation is based on performance, quality and quantity of your work, the number of new client accounts that you have opened during the year and on your successful completion of the training.
Catenon uses a remuneration system based on quality and results:
- The fixed part of the salary is calculated according to your experience.
- The variable part of the salary is calculated by applying the remuneration system to the quality and result of each process that you have completed.
INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS DEVELOPTMENT TRAINING PERIOD (max. 12 months)
Catenon will be training you in:
- Presenting Catenon’s services to potential new clients.
- Applying strategies to acquire new clients.
- Managing global accounts
- Opening new client accounts.
In order to complete this stage the candidates must receive a positive feedback in relation to performance evaluation and appraisal, number of new client accounts opened, quality control of the existing accounts and the number of potential future (re)orders. Furthermore, they must successfully meet the established commercial objectives within the given time period.
Catenon uses a remuneration system based on new client accounts:
- The fixed part of the salary is calculated according to your experience.
- The variable part of the salary is based on the number of new client accounts opened.
BECOME A MEMBER OF THE NEW MARKETS TEAM
Formulate, in co-operation with the management team, a "go-to-market" strategy, in order to strengthen Catenon’s position in existing markets and propose new markets in which to expand, based on an analyses of market size and opportunities.
You will learn the workings of our Business Intelligence Unit which, through our platform in India, generates business opportunities and cross-selling activity that ultimately achieves exponential business growth.
Moreover, you will research the market in order to gain an insight into its size, numbers and competitors. This will help you develop the expansion strategy. At the same time you will have to develop the business plan through Catenon’s own business simulation tool.
You will manage the BSC (P&L, balance sheet, management indicators) and you will understand the core of our HR model and the key to people management, which are amongst the most important strategic elements of our model.
You will evaluate other start-up models as a benchmarking exercise which can also serve as a source of ideas for our international expansion plans.
