Our International Operations and Sales Leadership Program is a unique development experience that aims to prepare the best young professionals for handling the international expansion of Catenon into new markets.

We offer you a demanding program which will give you a broad view of the business (different sectors, industries, functions) which is essential for the international search of executives. You will work from an operational point of view on the business development and management. This will allow you to get a better understanding of the work of the different corporate areas so that you can lead the expansion of Catenon into a new market.

At Catenon it is crucial that you thoroughly know everything about our company and for this reason we have created a rigorous methodology. The success will lie not only in having the best people for our expansion, but also in the belief of these professionals that this is the right project for the future

Due to this, Catenon follows a rigorous search and selection methodology for its internal applicants:
- A phone call from one of our International Consultants is the first step in the selection process to determine whether the candidate meets our requirements. At this stage we will review your professional and international background as well as your language abilities. We will also discuss your professional expectations and interests. The Consultant will inform you of the next steps.

- On the website you will find Catenon's International Operations and Sales Leadership Program. You can learn about our company, our goals and how we achieve them.

- Having reviewed our project, if you are interested in working with us, send an email to the International Consultant who has contacted you. Explain your interest in our project, your expectations and include some references (these will be verified at the end of the recruitment process).

The following test cases will be sent to you via email:

- (duration: approx. 10min) Matrix of Experience & Function MEF®: Fill in this document with your relevant experience, describing the size and type of projects you have developed in the past. This will help us to adapt a specific training and development program to your needs.

- (duration: approx. 20min) A Business Case Study will be sent to you and discussed in the next steps. This case study has been developed by the HBS and is based on our industry.

- (duration: approx. 10min) PAPI®: One of the most highly regarded personality tests used by companies to evaluate candidates. The PAPI test is part of the international evaluation system with the greatest reliability.


We will discuss the test results with you in order to analyze whether they reflect your personality and whether you agree with the profile. This will help us learn more about you, while at the same time you will see whether our culture suits you.
- Technical questions will be discussed in your interview (Evaluation of Technical Film ETF®). This step allows you to defend your application in person and speeds up the selection process. It will then be evaluated by our International Application Team located in three different continents.

The Catenon International Consultant will give you the appointment details for your interview (ETF®).

- (duration: approx. 25min) Evaluation of Technical Film ETF®: A filmed interview during which you will be asked to answer some of the technical questions for the position and also some specific questions about the Business Case Study. This test provides an objective assessment of the candidate’s technical skills. The Catenon International Consultant will evaluate your application according to the Catenon methodology:

- Multi-parameter suitability evaluation CPC®: Through this test we can analyze your potential for growth in the short term at Catenon. - Skills-based Check ChC®: Evaluation of the key skill-set needed in order to carry out the functions identified as vital for the position. Catenon has developed an innovative method by which each skill is rated at various levels depending on the difficulty of the job in question.

Catenon´s Senior Committee: The directors of Catenon in charge of the Program, who are located in three different continents, will evaluate your application and decide whether to go ahead with it.

(Duration: approx. 2h) Face to face interviews with two directors of Catenon. They will present our project and strategy. They will also tell you about their experiences in Catenon. You will be asked to discuss your background, expectations and interest in our project. You will have the opportunity to ask questions and/or raise concerns.
