FONCTIONS

Resonsabilities: - Develop and implement financial strategies, policies and procedures, to optimize the company’s financial performance. - Manage all financial operations including accounting, financial reporting, planning, budgeting and forecasting processes, tax compliance, audits and risk management. - Monitor and analyze financial metrics and KPIs to identify trends and areas for improvement. - Implement dashboards, reporting tools, and analysis to support and assist the Management in decision-making while providing strategic financial advice and guidance to senior management to mitigate the company's financial risks, including market, credit, and liquidity risks. - Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. - Supervise cash flow management, surplus cash investment, and operations financing. - Manage relationships with banks, investors, auditors, and other external stakeholders. - Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and reporting standards. - Manage a team of financial and accountancy professionals and provide leadership, guidance and support while fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement, reinforcing the team spirit. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. - At least 10 years of experience in a senior financial leadership role, with a track record of success in financial management, preferably with experience in the premium sector or related industry such as FMCG. - Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting standards. - Fluency in English and Spanish, French would be a plus.
